Privacy policy
Last updated 14 September 2026
This policy is a working draft and has not been reviewed by counsel. It must be reviewed against the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, applicable state privacy statutes including the CCPA and CPRA, and your actual data processing arrangements before this site goes live.
Who we are
Massive Meat Capital, LLC is a commercial finance brokerage with offices in Omaha, NE; Fort Worth, TX; Melville, NY. We are not a lender or a bank. We introduce business finance applications to third-party funding partners.
This policy covers information collected through this website and through the application process. Questions about it should go to hello@massivemeatcapital.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, state, time in business, revenue range, funding amount sought, intended use of funds, and details of existing business debt.
- Financial documents you choose to send us, which typically include business bank statements, tax returns, profit and loss statements, balance sheets and debt schedules.
- Technical information collected automatically when you use this site, including approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited. This site uses Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
- We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth or bank login credentials through this website. If a funding partner requires them, they are collected directly by that partner through their own secure process.
How we use it
- To assess which funding products and which funding partners are likely to fit your situation.
- To submit your application to the funding partners you authorise us to approach.
- To contact you about your application and about the offers we obtain.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share your application and supporting documents with the funding partners we select for your file. We select two or three partners whose credit criteria fit your situation rather than distributing your file broadly, because broad distribution generates unnecessary credit enquiries and does not improve your outcome.
We also use service providers for email, document storage, telephony and customer relationship management. These providers process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena or other legal process.
Credit enquiries
The initial review of your file uses a soft credit enquiry, which is not visible to other lenders and does not affect your credit score. A hard credit enquiry, which is recorded on your credit file and may affect your score, is made only when you decide to proceed with a specific offer. We will tell you before a hard enquiry is made.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, which for commercial finance records is typically several years after the last activity on a file. Where a file does not proceed, we keep a reduced record for a shorter period.
Your rights
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it.
- You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- You can ask us to delete information, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you about your application or about our services.
- Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that legislation.
- To exercise any of these rights, email hello@massivemeatcapital.com. We will verify your identity before acting on the request.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect the information we hold. This website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send financial documents by unencrypted email if you have a more secure option available; ask us and we will provide one.
Children
This site and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
